recommend this program to many of my clients. It includes all the major elements that are necessary to get
a handle on back pain: relaxation, body awareness, and concise movement. It is easy to understand and follow by
anyone. Even if you don't have back pain, the yoga sequences build from gentle for the beginner to moderate for
any yogi or yogini. I enjoyed the sequence on the 3rd CD this morning and felt great all day! I sit at a computer all day, and work out and do yoga every day, but after 3 days of doing the first practice, I woke up this morning without pain - that is new!
